logo1  SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT:

The project aims at fighting climate change by promoting the use of renewable geothermal energy. The production of results in the project, since it is based on software development, has a minimal carbon footprint. The use of online development tools will allow the project to be executed while minimizing the amount of physical displacement necessary.

logo1  EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AND NON-DISCRIMINATION:

We are particularly concerned about equal opportunities and non-discrimination. A working group has been created to promote equal opportunities. The group participates in the recruitment of all non-permanent members and ensures that the process fully respects the principle of equality. Furthermore, any participant in the project can appeal to the working group regarding any type of incident that infringes on the principles of equality.

logo1  EQUALITY BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN:

A working group has been created to promote male-female parity. The group participates in the recruitment of all non-permanent members and guarantees the absence of gender discrimination during the process. Furthermore, any participant in the project can appeal to the working group regarding any type of incident that discriminates against a gender. We note that the project presents a full parity of women and men as project managers of each partner in PIXIL.
