SIAM Conference on Mathematial in the Geosciences (GS21) will take place virtually from 21 to 24 June 2021. PIXIL will participate with a poster and two talks:
- 21 June 11:55h: Octavio Castillo, Postdoctoral Researcher from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, will participate in the minisymposium organised by the ENERXICO project with the talk Reservoir characterization using geophysics electromagnetic and HPC.
- 21 June 15h: Octavio Castillo, Postdoctoral Researcher from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, will present a poster about the development of an open-source code for the electronic modeling in geophisics entitled D electromagnetic modeling and inversion using an open-source paradigm: experiences and perspectives.
- 22 de junio 10:10h: Arijit Hazra y David Pard, from Basque Center for Applied Mathematics, will give the talk entitled Sensor Placement for Borehole Measurements using Deep Learning in Presence of Noisy Data.
