SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT:
The project aims at fighting climate change by promoting the use of renewable geothermal energy. The production of results in the project, since it is based on software development, has a minimal carbon footprint. The use of online development tools will allow the project to be executed while minimizing the amount of physical displacement necessary.

We are particularly concerned about equal opportunities and non-discrimination. A working group has been created to promote equal opportunities. The group participates in the recruitment of all non-permanent members and ensures that the process fully respects the principle of equality. We note that the project presents a full parity of women and men as project managers of each partner in PIXIL.
